Ecomaster visit and Vi Spring

OK, so the guy from Ecomaster came today, seemed to know what he was talking about and seemed to agree that the bed was not what it should be.

As Vi-Spring are only down the road, we have told him to ask one of them from the company to come and take a look because I don't want a third bed that is going to do this.
