Thank you for your question. We advise turning the mattress over once a month and rotating them where possible. This is the same with a zip and link mattress.

In the case of your Artisan Naturals zip and link mattress, the easiest way to do this is to unzip the mattresses and flip them from north to south (or south to north if you prefer) and zip them back up again. This means that if two different spring tensions are used then each person can retain their side of the bed. In your case, with the same spring tension on both sides, we would recommend rotating the mattress every other month if there is a large body weight difference between both partners to even out the wear and tear of the mattress.
