How would you recommend putting your bases on a laminate floor?
Hi there,
I bought an Artisan Bespoke bed from yourselves about 3 or 4 years ago. Up until now, we have had carpet in the room the bed has been in.
We are now having laminate installed under the bed instead of carpet.
What would you recommend I do (if anything) to make sure the bed doesn't slide around on the laminate or damage it?
I've heard reference to locking casters - Can I remove the existing casters and put new locking ones in? (Are they a standard size?)
I've also seen the idea of caster cups when I did a google search.
What would be your recommended solution, taking in to account both function (bed doesn't slide around and laminate doesn't get damaged) and aesthetic (the solution looks good)?
Many thanks,
Ben.
