Over the years we have developed a number of products both pocket sprung, latex and hybrid foam and experience has enabled us to tailor the ranges to the demands of the customers and as such, we recently reviewed our product range against the demand and there were a few that fell below our expectations when they were originally developed and launched on our site.

The Hybrid 7 was one of those where demand was not as high as expected and as a result it was removed from our range.

As you know we do still make Hybrid foam products, but have reverted to foam alone without the spring content.

This was purely a business decision and did not reflect in any way on the quality or performance of that product.

As far as your existing Hybrid 7 is concerned, this still retains the manufacturer's warranty, although rather than a replacement for the same, you may need to look at an alternative product should you need to call upon that warranty.

I trust that this helps and alleviates any anxiety you may have had regarding the Hybrid 7.
