Thank you for your enquiry.  The natural fibres in our Artisan range offer the coolest sleep surface.  Pressure pain in side-sleepers is caused when the comfort layers are too firm or if the spring tension is incorrect for their body weight. At 8 st we would recommend a soft spring tension to give the correct level of support.  
 

 
Different fibre and springs are used in each model to create different feels within the mattress. The model you chose should be determined by your comfort preferences, sleeping habits and budget. For side sleeping, we would recommend a soft or medium comfort layer depending on your personal requirements.
