Mattress for persons of different weights and heights?

My husband is 6foot 2inc and weighs around 16 stone. He feels always hot in bed and also snores with a powerful shaking of the mattress. I am 5foot 5inc and weigh around 10 stone, and I feel always could in bed. I would like a mattress that does not transmit the shaking to me. Is there a mattress or two different mattresses that would suit both of our needs and give us a good night sleep.
