The nearest comparison to the Vispring Fursdon Supreme would be the Artisan Bespoke 004. 
 
Both mattresses have a very similar use of natural fibres to give an overall medium in the comfort layer. The main difference between the two mattresses is the order in which the natural fibre layers are placed. With the Bespoke 004 slightly firmer in the upper layer due to the order in which the bamboo and the wool is layered into the mattress. The Bespoke 004 uses the best springs on the market, (calico encased pocket springs)
