Ottoman bed base

We do indeed manufacture and retail an Ottoman base.

We offer Ottoman's in Single, Double, King and Super King Size. These bases have 25cm of storage under the gas strut supported lid. We have an article here, which shows our ottoman bases and things you should look out for when buying an ottoman base.

A key consideration is that the gas struts used are strong enough to take the weight of the mattress. Our struts are now 800 newtons in rating. Our Ottoman base is our sturdiest base that we retail and will support mattress weights of up to 85KG.

Our Ottoman's open from bottom to top, rather than sideways so there is less pressure placed on the mattress when opening. The lid will require a little bit of a push to begin with and then the struts will take over the lift.
