Pain when sleeping on my back on a Vi-spring Elegance mattress

Hi, I am considering buying two Zip & link matresses and I was wondering if you could answer a few questions? I have been sleeping on a Vi Spring bedstead Elegance mattress (medium tension) for a few years. I like it especially when I lie on my side but I have sometimes lower back pain when I lie on my back. I'd be interested in one of your "Artisan Bespoke" mattresses but I am not sure which one would be best for me. I usually prefer firm mattresses to soft ones (but I weigh approximately 10 stones 'only') and I like the feel of a good support. Do you know how different those mattresses would feel as compared to my current Vi Spring bedstead Elegance mattress? And would you recommend a medium tension?

Hello,
I know that my previous question is still under moderation but I have further questions to ask:
– Is there less chance to feel my partner moving on Zip & Links mattresses than on a superking mattress?
– Is it possible to buy two different zip & links mattresses, like for instance a Bespoke 004 for my partner and a Bespoke for me?
– I’m 10 stones. Would a Bespoke (with the firmest feeling) in a medium tension be suitable for me (since I like the firm feeling of a mattress), or would it be too firm, to uncomfortable?
– How different the Bespoke 004 feels as compared to the Artisan Naturals?

Hi Jeff,
With your particular body weight, we would not normally recommend a firm mattress, in fact you fall within the medium tension weight range. I note that you have not indicated what type of base the mattress is on at present.
The zip and link versions are not available in a different product combination (Bespoke & Bespoke 004). The Bespoke 004 and Naturals have very similar feels, the main difference being that the 004 has additional upholstery.
