Problems with a mammoth bed

Hi had a mammoth bed, pocket 27 from furniture village, for about a month now, my husband & I suffer from arthritis & our aches & pains have become much worst, I am having to see a chiropractor because of this , sleep on my side & feels like springs digging in, mattress very soft, is this normal for this type of mattress, last bed was a Harrison which was very comfortable, wish I could have it back !

The main consideration when selecting a mattress should be your body weights and without this information, I cannot provide an opinion as to why the Mammoth product is feeling like it is. In addition, the published details of the construction show that this is of foam construction, but there is very little additional information available. I would suggest that if you feel that the product is failing that you contact Furniture Village and request either a replacement or your money back and if that fails seek the assistance of the Furniture Ombudsman.
