purchase of a new mattress

We are looking to replace a Dunlopillo Diamond mattress which has now seen better days. We'd like another latex mattress, though perhaps less firm now we're getting on a bit. The bed base is 5' with wooden slats. We're both about 5'6 and weigh 10 stone 11 and 10 stone 7. Would appreciate your advice.
