Dear Sirs When were the questions submitted to the IST?
When have the IST advised as to when they will be able provide answers to the questions raised in the above?
I would be grateful if my request can be acknowledged and response provided. I have to write that my research on beds started by joining 'Which', after joining I was appalled at their lack of information and I wrote them an email telling them so; so far I have not received a satisfactory answer. I feel that maybe your firm should approach which asking them to put a link on their site to be directed to your website for information on beds. This is going to a long drawn out exercise for us and for every question we had, the response raised further more.
Over the next few months we are going to rewrite this whole section on springs from the basics through to the advanced.
We have spent time at the IST facility and are completely overwhelmed by the amount of information we were given.
We are booking more time with them soon to evaluate certain spring types and their function and worth.
As soon as we are confident that what we publish is correct and can be backed up with actual data we will do so, but like I said at the beginning this is going to be a long term exercise - be patient.
I am also interested to hear about the reasons and results of your own research.
The Which?
comment was interesting and I agree that some methods of their evaluation of Best Buy and contenders can be seen as potentially flawed.
