Thanks for contacting us with regard to the Salus Viscool 4000 and as to whether the mattress cover which is zipped to the mattress can be washed.

We have tried to find information regarding this mattress to see what the care instructions are however this has proved very difficult so the only advice we could provide to you would be to contact the Store you purchased it from to see if they have any care instructions they could provide you with.

When we did have a mattress which we made with a zip off cover, our instructions were to wash on a cold wash with the cover zipped together the right way round and dried naturally, no tumble drying or over a radiator.

Every manufacturer and their products will come with different instructions for care and maintenance.

I am sorry that we have been unable to assist you with regard to this and hope that you are able to contact your retailer and that they are able to provide you with the correct care instructions.
