shoulder and neck pain

Hello Dear,
I have a Sealy Harbour "Plush" mattress, 180*200, but it doesnt feel soft, its a medium mattress. ever since ive bought it(3 years now), ive been suffering from shoulders and neck pains, i even changed many many pillows, thinking the problem could be from them. but all i get is a slight relief with soft and yet supportive pillows.
I weight 85Kg and my wife is 50kg, she also sometimes but not often, wake up with neck pains, but she says it could be from the pillow.
I don't know what to buy, too bad you do not ship to Saudi Arabia as i reside here. A friend recommended Tempur Cloud, i tried it at the store, its very soft and tempting, but i dont know if it will suit me.
