Hi - I am female, 10+st and 5'4", a side sleeper and hate memory foam as it makes me so hot. I also have mild arthritis in my hip. I looked at the Premier Inn mattress but dropped that after reading your and other people's reviews. I am also looking at the John Lewis Natural cotton or Egyptian cotton but the reviews on those are very mixed. I was tempted by your Artisan 1500 but see in your comfort table that the upholstery gives a firmer feel and I'm worried that will aggravate my hip. If I had that mattress and went for a Soft tension rather than medium would that solve the firmer feel problem? I'm looking at more natural materials purely because I don't want any heat generating foam in the mattress. I also need a divan base so if you could come up with a solution for me for both that would be around £1300-£1400 total then I will happily give you an order. Many thanks.
