Source 5 Fire Retardant Mattresses

Hi
I have been looking at your mattresses and would have bought but you don't comply with source 5 sadly which is odd really as you have a section on hotel and B & B supply. Anyway, I have been looking at Sealy and they recommend their Pillow Coniston range which I don't like the look of because it is continuous coil, has some (probably chemical ridden) bed bug killer impregnated into the mattress and they have yet to supply me with the details of the mattress components. I am going around in circles trying to find something suitable. Can you help at all?

Unfortunately, as the majority of manufacturers in the UK do not disclose the details of the construction or the upholstery layers in terms of GSM (grams per square metre), it is impossible to make a recommendation in respect of their products.
I would not purchase any mattress with a pillow top, because once the top flattens, the whole mattress needs replacing, whereas if you have a separate topper, the expense of replacement is greatly reduced.
