A customer asked

Thanks guys, Took your advice and ordered the Sequence Suspension and looking forward to some luxury sleep. Interestingly I contacted Staples and asked about their composition of fillings but they refused to divulge. When I asked why they didn't want me to know they stopped all communication with me!

Nice way to treat potential customers - may you two guys remain successful and prosper!

Thank you for getting in touch.

It really is bewildering that a company (and Staples are not alone in this) will not divulge or give any indication as to what is inside a mattress - and yet they expect you to hand over a few hundred quid based on a dubious list of superlatives.

People should be asking manufacturers exactly where there money is going.

If they don't tell you then you can only come to one conclusion and that is they have something to hide.

Ryan and I are proud of how we build our matts and we tell you exactly what's inside because we know most of the underhand ploys many manufacturers depend on.
