Topper to help with a regency firmrest which is too firm

i have recently purchaced a regency firmrest mattress from bensons for beds kingsize'the wife and i find it uncomfatable what topper if any would you recomend

Hi Derek,

I note you state that you have only recently purchased the mattress, but you have not detailed whether it is too soft or too firm.

I wonder if in fact the mattress is the correct tension and feel for you both.

I would suggest that you contact the retailer and advise your weight details and preferred feel.

At that point you should ask them which mattress they would recommend for you, as it may be that the details you now provide were not taken into account at the point of sale.

If they recommend a different mattress, you should then request that you be allowed to exchange for the one recommended.

I would not go to the expense of purchasing a topper until you have discussed the issue further with the retailer.
