Hello,
I have a new mattress and I worry it is too soft for me - I have been waking up with some pain in my lower back, which disappears after a few hours. The mattress is spring with 2cm reflex foam on top. Are you able to advise on whether a mattress topper would work with this mattress, probably to make it firmer?
Thanks,
Caroline

Hi Caroline,

Thank you for your question.

A mattress topper is used to add extra comfort layers or to soften a firm mattress.  It is easier to soften a mattress than it is to firm a mattress up.   It may advisable to place a board under the mattress to see if that will firm it up.

I hope this is of assistance to you but please do not hesitate to telephone me should you require any further information on 0161 437 4419.

Kind regards Julie
