I asked for your advice on this a few weeks ago,we did buy a good quality wool topper and unfortunately it didn't make much difference,the lady from the store came to look at our mattress and said it was the wrong tension,she felt it was medium and firm not medium and soft,so they have loaned us their store mattress in medium and soft tension,which is fantastic of them. We have had this now for 3 weeks and it is still so uncomfortable,the support is good but doesn't feel like there is enough comfort in the upholstery,no sinking feeling with it. The store has said we can change it for a different bed,we tried the tempur and didn't like it,the sommnus are too firm for me,the only other brand they stock is Hypnos and a pillow top was suggested but after reading your articles on them I really don't want to go down that route. Hypnos don't seem to do many in soft tension and apart from zip and link they can't do split tension. We are at our wits end and just want a comfy sink in bed and a full nights sleep which we haven't had for 6 weeks now,so any advice is truly welcome. I am 5' and 8 stone,my husband 5'7 and 12 stone,he also has a very brittle spine and broke his back last year.
