Mattresses with natural upholstery layers in them command a higher price than those with synthetic upholstery because such natural upholstery is more expensive. Whilst both the mattresses you refer to are excellent in terms of value for money, they will both provide a similar feel in the comfort layers. The polycotton in the Naturals does exactly the same as the horsetail in the 004, but is a less expensive component and it would ultimately come down to personal preference and budget as to whether you opted for 100% natural or 85%.
