where to buy base foam for latex topper

Thanks for contacting us regarding your Latex mattress.

We are not able to recommend a Company who sell or make firm foam in the US and can only advise that you google Companies within the US that do make this type of foam.   Here in the UK there are lots of Companies that sell foam cut to size of all different densities and thicknesses which you just order on line.   I am sure there must be Companies within the US which offer the same type of service.

However we would recommend that if you cannot source the firm density foam that you require,  you could look at adding another layer of the 3 inch extra firm latex to provide a double layer so this means that you are able to flip this mattress and still only use the 3 inch layer on each side and then board your slatted base over with MDF, Hardboard or Pegboard to provide a more solid type of base.   Please see the article below taken from our Website which explains all about bed strengthening boards which we hope you find informative :-
