A customer asked

I have just spent a period in hospital and found that my sciatica was reduced by hospital beds. On returning home my sciatica returned to a more severe level. Can you recommend which of your beds would act more like the hospital beds I have recently experienced

Hi Bill White

Thanks for your question,

Unfortunately, we don't have enough information about the mattress that you used during your stay at the hospital, to make a direct comparison. Do you know whether it was a soft/medium/firm mattress?

As a general rule, we would always recommend a soft in the upholstery layer of the mattress and then a spring tension based on your body weight.

Bodyweight Spring tension
Upto 16 Stone / 50-101kg Medium (1.4mm)
16 Stone / 101kg Upwards Firm (1.6mm)
Available in Bespoke Products (Please Call) Soft (1.2mm)

I look forward to hearing from you, please give me a call on 0161 437 4419
