Zip & Link Mattresses with different fibres?

The short answer to your question is no. This is because different products (memory foam -v- natural upholstery) react is different ways, are of different thicknesses and this would result in excess strain being placed upon any zipping mechanism. They can be made in the same product (not memory foam) with different spring tensions to suit the body weights of the users and these are available in our Artisan range.
