Best divan for luxury holiday cottage
I am looking for a king sized divan bed for my holiday let. Most visitors are older, 50+ . I don’t know how much they weigh, I suppose a mixture. I let for about 30 weeks a year, on a weekly basis. I don’t want to spend a fortune, not thinking vispring standard but would like something that is up to the standard that people would expect for a fairly upmarket holiday let.

Our Origins 1500 mattress is ideal for guest houses, holiday lets and rental properties. It can accomodate a variety of weights from 9 stone to 16 stone in a medium tension. Its two sided so can be turned to extend the life of the mattress and is a very deep mattress meaning lots of fillings, see all the layers here explained on the product page.
The Origins Reflex is a slightly cheaper model that we recommend for guest houses but is firmer, and for the 50 year + bracket I think the Origins 1500 is a bit more forgiving introducing a wool layer in the top. Neither are Vi-spring prices but offer you great value for money given the components. A good comparator, if you want to have a look at the Vispring equivalent which is suitable for guest houses, would be the Artisan 1500 but the price reflects this.
