Can I try the mattress?
Good afternoon , most impressed with the level of detail and honest comparisons on the web site , however , same old question I am afraid. If I were to by your top range pocket sprung double offer , I would like to try it , is this absolutely not possible ?

Thank you for your enquiry on our website. We are internet based and do not have a showroom, however, we offer a ’60 day love it or return it’ guarantee. This should not be viewed as a “try before you buy” option as we endeavour to match the product to the customer and in 95% of instances, we get this correct. This is why we are confident to offer this guarantee.
Some of the models in our Artisan range, which are constructed with predominantly natural fibres, are comparable to some of the Vi-Spring range in feel, not construction. Although they are not exactly the same you could try them in a showroom to determine which of our models would be most suitable for yourself. Please remember that in a showroom you do not know how long a particular model has been on display and the number of potential customers have already softened the comfort layers.
The type of base should also be considered as this can alter the overall feel of your mattress. A pocket sprung base will soften the feel of a mattress whereas a platform base will firm the springs slightly.
