i work in a independant bed shop and your site and responses to cust questions are of similar to myself.
what surprises me is the amount of big name shops these people visit(and are probably prepared to buy from) the prices they quote are ridiculous and looking at your comparisons are similair to our prices.i cant understand why they think because its High Street they are getting a good product at a less price .have you seen there accounts there margins are enormous .
