My wife is suffering from menopausal night sweats on mattress
Would you suggest/recommend a mattress that would allow my wife to have a good nights sleep as she has continual disrupted nights sweats.
We have a memory foam mattress and wonder if this is not helping her? Her height is 5 foot 7″ and 5 foot 11″, her weight is 10.5 stone and I’m 13 stone. Our bed is a king size, medium mattress on a slatted metal frame.

Sorry to hear of the dreaded night sweats. It’s all too common with Memory foam, we have a lot of detail here about it here so please reassure your wife!! Memory foam is notorious at retaining heat and making sleepers boil alive!
