Problems with Relyon Caress mattress

A customer asked

Hi. I bought a relyon caress which has 'failed ' as confirmed by an independent assessor as sent out by the retailer. It's sinks with my 13st frame and doesn't recover e.g. Sleeping in a hole. As a replacement we are considering the relyon royal heritage rosemount......I think it is pocket sprung, but don't know if they are calico pocket springs ?

Or level and product used in the filling....what would be your advise ?

What alternative would you suggest in your range ?

Hi Kish.

Your questions should be directed initially to Relyon Customer Services [ 01823 667501 ] incidentally they do not have a contact number on their site but I have found this which I think is their Head Office - quite surprised!

The Relyon Royal Heritage Rosemount is a model within their top of range - completely different to your previous Caress.

They do give a breakdown of the upholstery on their site but with no associated weights in order for you to do any kind of necessary comparison.

I cannot find any reference to a retail price for this product but I assume it is not cheap.

There is no doubt about it that this seems to be a very good, well made mattress from a very good manufacturer but it's a shame that they do not give you the information you require.

From our range the model you could use as a starter would be the Artisan Naturals, which is 85% natural fillings and hand made springs in calico pockets.

Kind Regards Gary.
