Vi Spring Shetland comparisons?

Mike, Thank you for your reply. I had a look at some vi spring beds today. They were lovely and I am left only to think that as the models decrease in price so to the comfort. It was also a number of years ago that I Tried Vi Spring and I think the it was perhaps easier to sell hard beds 20 years ago as people commonly believed a hard bed was good for ones back,, marketing has much to answer for!
Anyway!!
A Tiara was not in stock and I tried a few I preferred the feel of The Shetland overall and preferred it in the soft tension when compared side by side to the medium tension. On talking with the sales guy he thought if it was a Tiara that I would perhaps find the medium tension more to my liking than the soft,, would you concur with this opinion?
Are any of your beds comparable to The Shetland?

Hi Ray, The Shetland is a soft mattress and although we do not have a direct comparison for this, our Artisan Luxury is the closest in softness.
As I indicated previously, a medium tension is what we would recommend for your body weight, however, this may need to be reconsidered dependent upon what base you are placing your mattress on.
If placing on a non sprung slatted base, this will firm up a soft mattress to feel like a medium.
The Artisan Bespoke 002 is comparable to the Tiara and if selecting either the Artisan or the Tiara, I would recommend a medium tension. However please be aware that the Tiara / Artisan Bespoke 002 having two layers of springs, gives this mattress a very responsive and bouncy feel.
