I’m sorry you hear you’re in pain I can only imagine how uncomfortable it is.

I could really do with knowing your budget to help narrow down the advice, but will give you some options, then if you wish to provide more details to help you can get back in touch.

At your weight and size you should really be looking at a soft support mattress if in a sprung mattress.

If looking at latex a medium tension is better as these mattresses tend to feel softer than their counterparts as they sink quicker before supporting you.

Your weight and height simply don’t need anything firmer in the support layer.

You want to be able to sink in enough before the support rather than lying on a super firm support layer pushing on your hip.

Your options lie between either a springs/" title="pocket spring">pocket spring or latex mattress for the pressure relief.

Latex provides far greater immediate pressure relief but can be an acquired sensation.

Pocket sprung traditional mattresses have a more familiar feel to most and I’d advise one with soft comfort layers for you to sink into.
