Hi.
I have been lucky enough to acquire a new Vi-Spring mattress and divan at a fraction of the usual cost. It was ex-display from John Lewis. As a result, I don't have a guarantee or contract with either company. I was wondering if you could advise me of anyone who could repair/'restuff' my mattress, if I require this, in the future. Do you offer such a service, or do you know of anyone in the East Anglian region?

Thank you for your question.
We do not provide such a service and I think it unlikely that you will find anyone other than Vi-Spring who are prepared to consider taking on such a task. Perhaps you should enquire with them direct, although I would imagine it may be more cost effective when the time comes to purchase new.
We compare our Artisan range to the Vi Spring range. There are seven models in this range, the softest model is the Artisan Luxury and the firmest model is the Artisan Bespoke. The Artisan Naturals is described as the 'true medium' of the Artisan range. We compare the Naturals to the Vi Spring Regal Superb.

We can pair the models in this range with either a soft, medium or firm spring tension. The correct spring tension is determined by your body weight.

We can also offer a dual spring or Zip and Link option in sizes King and above. The dual spring option accommodates couples who's body weights are suited to different spring tension for example soft and medium or medium and firm. We cannot offer the option of soft and firm springs in a dual spring mattress however, we can offer a Zip and Link option with one mattress soft springs and the other mattress firm spring.
