I'm a single mother of an autistic child and last night when he needed me in the night I fell asleep at the side of him, he has an orthopaedic mattress and when I woke up this morning I wasn't aching as I usually do and I felt like I'd had the best nights sleep ever. It reminded me just how important it is to have a decent mattress. Mine is old and it was very 2nd hand when I got it almost 8 years ago. I desperately need a new one but don't know what type is the best and I'm also on a budget. Can you please help?
