My mattress is not what i expected can i return it

Thank you for your enquiry. All of our mattresses are covered under our no-quibble 60 day love it or return it guarantee, which starts the day your mattress is delivered. If for any reason you are not getting on with your mattress we will either arrange to have the mattress collected and issue you with a full refund or we can do a one time exchange for a mattress that may be more suitable, the choice is entirely up to you.  If you found that the second mattress was not suitable the only thing we could do at that point would be to collect the mattress and issue a refund minus £85 for the second collection.
