We are only able to provide advice and guidance in respect of our own products and this is because the published details in terms of construction and upholstery of our competitor's products, in most cases, is quite vague. This makes any form of comparison in respect of those products to our own impossible.

When advising upon a suitable mattress for a customer, we take into account body weight(s), preferred feel and budget. The former of these is imperative when confirming the correct spring tension with the preferred feel pointing us towards the right upholstery or comfort layers. We have two products which will provide a soft feel in the upholstery and they are the Origins Comfort 1000, which has synthetic mane made upholstery and the Artisan Luxury, which in addition to having soft, natural upholstery layers, can have the spring tension selected as soft, medium or firm to accommodate different body weights.
