The type of mattress you refer to with an attached topper is known as a pillow top and we do not make nor recommend such products. As far as movement of the topper is concerned, we would suggest this could be prevented by using a good quality mattress protector, which should be placed over the topper and secured in the corners and this combined with a fitted sheet should minimise any movement of the topper. Having said that, if you are a restless sleeper, we can not provide any guarantees that movement will not occur, but doing as suggested may help.
