The two main considerations for you would be your body weights and the fact that you are both side sleepers. The correct spring tension is determined by your body weight,Your body weights dictate that you will need a medium spring tension.

Given that you are both side sleepers we would not recommend anything that is too firm in the upholstery layers. The Artisan Luxury is the softest model in the Artisan range. The Bespoke models you refer to will provide a medium feel in the upholstery layers. The 002 and the 004 models are identical in fibres however, the 002 has two tiers of springs which gives it more bounce and a slightly softer feel than the 004.

The Vi Spring Devonshire is the closest comparison that we make to Our Artisan Luxury model.
