matress for heavy and light people

Hi John and Ryan, I' about 100kg my wife 60kg. We are finding it very difficult to choose a mattress that suits us both. We are both side sleepers. We both require comfort and support. Recently I tried the Sealy nostromo and liked it but wife thought it was too firm. Problem for me is that if I have a mattress that is too soft, due the weigh of legs and hips, I tend to hammock and get back pain but if I go too firm the I get pressure point pain. Can you recommend a bed that may suit us both? Should we be aiming for higher spring count and a deeper comfort layer?

What you are looking for is a split spring tension mattress or a zip link option, where each side of the mattress gets a spring tension more in line with their body weight for the correct support.
