Soft/Medium Mattress

Thanks for your question.

When you see Soft/Medium this refers to a dual spring tension.

This means that one half of the mattress has the soft spring tension and the other half has the medium spring tension.

A dual spring tension is needed when 2 users are sharing a mattress but have a substantial difference in body weights, where one spring tension won't support both weights.
