Request for information on international delivery to Germany

Hello,

I'm looking for high quality mattresses. Unfortunately, today's mattresses are quaint, with a lifespan or firmness of 3/4 years. You guarantee your mattresses for 10/15 years and the materials used seem to be excellent.

I would like to order a mattress from you, ‘Artisan Bespoke 003’.
Can you deliver it to North Germany, Hamburg.

I would be delighted to discuss an online franchise in France after this order.

Yours sincerely

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us regarding a delivery of a mattress to Hamburg, Germany.

At this moment in time, we do not deliver outside of the UK Mainland due to the high costs involved in relation to logistics.

We can, however, deliver your goods to a UK port of choice where you can arrange onwards delivery for your new mattress.   However, If you need to utilise the 60 day return guarantee, then you would have to arrange for this at your own cost which can be very expensive.

The Artisan Bespoke 003 which is the mattress you are currently looking at, is one of our hand side stitched natural fibre mattresses containing 100% temperature controlling natural fibres and provides the sleeper with a firmer level of comfort.   This mattress also contains 2508 calico encased pocket springs in two tiers.

When choosing a new mattress, you need to ensure that you receive the correct level of support which is provided by the internal spring unit and is based on heights and weights.   The level of comfort is then provided by the upholstery fillings which are on top of those springs and is usually dictated by sleeping positions.

Bodyweight Spring tension
Upto 16 Stone / 50-101kg Medium (1.4mm)
16 Stone / 101kg Upwards Firm (1.6mm)
Available in Bespoke Products (Please Call) Soft (1.2mm)

A side sleeper can sleep on either soft or medium comfort layers as this will provide cushioning for shoulders and hips,  a back sleeper would require an overall medium level of comfort to ensure that the spine is kept aligned whereas a front sleeper really requires something slightly firmer so that the tummy area does not sink into the top layers creating an unnatural arch in the back.

Purchasing a new mattress can be a minefield as you need to ensure that the mattress you choose will provide you with many years of comfortable and supportive sleeping and with this in mind,  and as we need to collate further information from you to ensure that this mattress will suit your requirements, it would be beneficial for you to communicate with us either via email at [email protected] or telephone our friendly team on 0161 437 4419 whereupon we will be able to advise you further.

Kind regards Julie Collier
