Advice for a side sleeper

Hi,
I am a side sleeper, so i guess a medium feel mattress is what i am looking for. I have been advised that a foam layer on top will give more of a sinking feeling which is better for a side sleeper. The best feeling mattress i have tried is the temper cloud, which seemed to support me in whatever position i was lying, just the right amount. Unfortunately, the temper is very much out of my price range (which is up to about £700), so i have been looking at alternatives. At Bensons, the mattress that felt best to me (in my price range) was the Sensaform 6000 in medium (3 by their scale). I am also looking at the sleeping duck mattress as they have a very attractive 100 day return policy, and your Origins Pocket Latex.
I do have a couple of concerns over these products though. First is quality, which is really what has brought me here as you guys clearly know how to make a lasting mattress. The second is the foam top. I do like the immediate soft and luxurious feel of foam tops, but i do sleep hot. Does a mattress that offers the sinkage required for a side sleeper (13 stone), luxurious feel of softness in general, but that also allows sufficient cooling within this price range?
p.s. also, what is the difference in feel between your latex origins, your fully latex beds, and your Artisan 1500? Is the artisan so good that its feels as nice as the origins with a latex top? considering my specification, i still don't have much of an idea as to what might suit my needs best, even when its just the range offered here..
Thank you
