Firstly I must confirm that despite having a similar total of GSM in the upholstery layers, 4200 against 4300 (Artisan), it is not possible for me to compare the Natural Air Mattress with our Artisan 1500 because the products used are totally different.

 

I have been unable to locate the Natural Air Mattress on-line and have been unable to analyse it's description and that of it's constituent parts, including the spring air suspension system.

 

The fact that they have similar level of upholstery in terms of GSM does not mean that they will be similar in feel and comfort.

 

Our Artisan 1500 has a medium upholstery providing a slight sink into that top layer but not too much. It is ever so slightly firmer than a true medium. This mattress is constructed with 50 / 50 natural and synthetic fillings and as such will have a cool feel to it.
