How can we choose which side is medium & which soft.? it is to replace a Vispring Tiara Supreme.I now need a softer mattress due to having fibromyalgia however my husband needs a Medium.We checked the weight tables.

Thanks for your question.
There is no need to specify which side has the Soft or Medium. Both sides will be labelled so the mattress, being fully turnable, can be rotated to the right side.
The Artisan Bespoke 002 is constructed with a dual layered spring system giving the mattress a slightly bouncy and springy sensation. It then also has a medium upholstery in the top layer.
Below are our guidelines for body weights;

|---|---|
| Upto 16 Stone / 50-101kg | Medium (1.4mm) |
| 16 Stone / 101kg Upwards | Firm (1.6mm) |
| Available in Bespoke Products (Please Call) | Soft (1.2mm) |
