Can double tier pocket springs be turned?

Hi, Can these double tier spring mattresses be turned over and still work the same way.

Hi Richard,

The Artisan bespoke 002 is a double sided mattress and works equally well on either side.

Having a mattress which can be turned and rotated will prolong the it's life.
