Cheaper alternative to Artisan Naturals

Hi,
I've been sleeping very comfortably on an Artisan Naturals medium mattress for a few years. However, I now need to buy a new double mattress for just me but don't have the budget for another Artisan Naturals (maximum GBP800)
I'm 9.5 stone, 5'6'' tall, am a side sleeper and prefer a slightly firmer mattress but have bony hips/shoulders and so don't want anything too firm.
Could you please recommend one of your cheaper options to the Artisan Naturals for me?
I'm wondering if a latex/pocket sprung combination could work for me and am considering the Origins Pocket Latex 1500 but I can sometimes sleep a bit hot so I'm worried the latex might make me sweat.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Emma

Thanks for your question.

I would take a look at the Artisan 1500 mattress which retails at £830 for the double. This has a slightly firmer feel in the upholstery layers than the Artisan Naturals but has a very overall similar feel.

I would also say that whichever spring tension you had in the Artisan naturals have the same spring the Artisan 1500.

Bodyweight Spring tension
Upto 16 Stone / 50-101kg Medium (1.4mm)
16 Stone / 101kg Upwards Firm (1.6mm)
Available in Bespoke Products (Please Call) Soft (1.2mm)

I would recommend staying with a fibre filled pocket spring mattress, if this is what you have been used to and got on with in the past, rather than swapping to a latex option which offers a very different sleep sensation.

If you require any further assistance please call the office on 0161 437 4419.

Kind Regards Gary.
