Combined height of your lowest base and mattress

Thank you for your enquiry. Our divan bases can be made 6 inches plus 2 inches for castors (total approx 20cm) going up in 2 inch increments. If you went for the lowest, it would leave around 25cm for the mattress (10 inches), although this would exclude our Origins range. Having said that, the Artisan range of mattresses, which are naturally upholstered, are very close, if not slightly more than this at about 27cm.

One option may be to look at a latex mattress, and our models have an overall height of between 18 and 23cm dependent upon model. Please see the link here to an article on latex mattresses, which you may find interesting.

In order for us to recommend one of our products, we ideally need to know what your body weights are and what your preferred feel is.  The springs in the mattress are there to give you support and that support is dictated by body weight.   The top upholstery layers are there to give you the comfort.
