Comparison to Harrison Onyx 7700 and Amber 6700
Hello
I wish to purchase a King Size mattress and divan for myself and 3 double mattresses and divans for my children (aged 8, 9 & 11). I'm 5'8" and weigh 10.5 stone so am working to a medium tension. I've tried the Harrison ONYX 7700 in stores for myself along with AMBER 6700 for my children. Would Artisan Naturals and Origins Pocket 1500 be good "equivalents" in your range?
Many thanks
Mr Atwal
Hi Tarminder,
Thank you for your question.
From what information I can find regarding these mattresses we don't construct our own mattresses in a similar manner; Harrison construct using HD springs for example.
However, our Artisan Naturals mattress does have similar materials used in the upholstery layers.
Both of the Harrison models have a similar overall depth to our own Artisan and Origins ranges.
With the Harrison models having far more springs in the construction we would have to assume that our own models have more fillings as we aren't accommodating additional springs inside. There has to be a compromise somewhere in the construction as there is less space available.
If you are looking for a true comparison then I would recommend testing the Vi-Spring Regal Superb, as this is very similar in construction as they both use Calico springs.
This model can be found in any Furniture Village, House of Fraser, Harrods or And So To Bed store.
I hope that this has answered your questions fully but if you do have any further queries then please don't hesitate to contact me on 0161 437 4419.
Kind Regards, Lee.
