I'm looking to purchase a pocket sprung mattress however I have read warnings Regarding placing this type of mattress on sprung slats (which our new bed frame has). I have been searching for a suitable mattress and contacted Hypnos recently who advised advised that all their mattresses would be compatible with sprung slats frames. I'm also keen on your Artisan Naturals mattress but would like to know if it's as compatible with sprung slats as Hypnos mattresses are please?
