I have had a look at the Sealy Advantage 1550 Gel Pillowtop mattress.

I would not recommend purchasing a mattress with a pillow top, once the topper fails your whole mattress has failed.

It is much better to buy a mattress and then add a topper if need be :-

A mattress I would recommend you to take a look at in our range would be our Origins Latex 1500 Mattress.

This mattress has 1500 pocket springs and 6cm of talalay latex.

This would be the closest in our range to the mattress you mentioned.
