As you will no doubt be aware, the published details of the construction and upholstery in terms of GSM (grams per square metre) are vague in the extreme, which makes any form comparison impossible.

In addition, I note that Marquis model you refer to is a pillow topped mattress, which is one sided. We do not make or recommend pillow top mattresses as these have an inherent flaw, that being when the top flattens over time, which it will inevitably do, you will need to replace the whole mattress instead of just the topper.

Having said all the above, I do note that the mattress contains layers of natural fibres in the upholstery layers, which our Artisan range also does, although that specific level of each material is detailed within our site.
